In my life, there have been times where I have grown as a human being, and there was the one time back in 4th grade where I was helping kids learn to read in kindergarten. I was with two kids because we did not have enough 4th graders to have one kindergartener per person, and once I even handled 3- 4 kids. Teaching them and helping them was not a problem. But the problem was to become friends with them. They were not 4th graders where all I had to do was run around with them, and I was their friends. No, I had to get to know them. I had to get to spend time with them and stop them from being shy. I had to be kind, compassionate, and friendly. I was not like that when I was in 4th grade. I had to learn to be nice to everyone I see. Being with kids helped with learning because I had to be more admirable than average. Once I spent enough time with kids, I started to enjoy being with them, and I was happy to spend time with all kids. I planned on being a babysitter, but that never really worked out for me. As I spend more time with kids, I enjoy the time I get to spend with them and the way it has helped shape my character.
