Perspective one: this perspective is correct in the way of health. Humans are not animals that kill others for one’s benefit. We are supposed to help each other and if someone is to die because of your freedom then we must bind that freedom. Perspective two: This is right in its own way the declaration of independence says everyone should have freedom to do what they want and who are we to defy that. Perspective three: This is completely correct because if one damages others heath then the person smoking will damage their freedom too.
My opinion is that we should not smoke because eventually that may hurt others and will eventually lead to the smokers demise. So if we don’t smoke we won’t hurt ourselves and others. This relates to the first and third perspectives that freedom should be kept and restricted. I believe that the second perspective is incorrect because that will eventually kill or hurt a lot of people.
